Your laptop is delivered in its original sealed manufacturer box, then placed inside secure outer packaging to protect it during transit. We never tamper with the manufacturer's seal — if the seal is broken on arrival, do not accept the package.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Every laptop sold by Chedders Computer comes with the full manufacturer's warranty — typically 1 year for most brands. Some premium products (e.g. MacBook, certain Dell XPS models) may carry longer warranties. The warranty card is included in every box.

We do! Chedders Computer assists you through the entire warranty claim process with the manufacturer. You don't have to navigate it alone — we act as your advocate and coordinate directly with manufacturer service centres on your behalf.

Physical damage (drops, liquid spills), unauthorised repairs, tampering with the device, or removal of manufacturer seals will void the warranty. Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the manufacturer's seal has been broken. We strongly recommend confirming your specifications with our team before purchase. Our specialists are available to help you choose correctly with no pressure.

Contact us immediately — within 24 hours of delivery. Do not open or use the device if you notice physical damage to the outer packaging. We will arrange an inspection, replacement, or full refund depending on the situation. Customer protection is our priority.

Once a return is approved and the item received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 working days depending on your bank.
